Naturally curly, never blow dried, dyed, colored, permed, or straightened. I use natural shampoo without solvents (anything with prop, benz, or meth in the list of ingredients as a prefix) these tend to dry out the hair and weaken it. I don't use hairspray or gel, only a natural conditioner.

Always kept in a braid or bun.

Never washed in chlorinated water or been swimming in chlorinated water.

Washed 2-3 times per week.

I eat a low carb (less poison in, less poison out.... into my hair) high protein organic diet monitored by a certified nutritional consultant.

I take natural (non-synthetic) vitamins matched to my biochemical profile by a Naturopathic physician.
None of my vitamins have Dicalcium Phosphate in them (The Origin of DCP Mined from deposits within the earth's crust, dicalcium phosphate is known by many synonyms such as "lime," "hardware lime," "calcium lime" or "dolomite." Mixed samples of the substance may have a high percentage of impurities imbedded in them which may be harmful. For instance, one of the compounds found in DCP may be lead.)

I do not eat refined sugar (cane sugar, corn syrup, or chemical sweeteners) or refined flours (white flour).
I find keeping my diet strict has given me my slender 5'11" and 135 pound body I have always been proud of!

I drink lots of reverse osmosis purified water, never soda, pop, coffee, or caffeinated products.

I do not take prescription or over-the-counter drugs.

I do not ingest chemicals into my body in my food, drink, or air. My hair is very pure and virgin.

No hair growth occurred during pregnancy, birth, or nursing which can severely deplete,
weaken, or put breakage points in hair.

I do not and have never taken drugs, have never smoked, and do not drink alchohol
nor am I around anyone who does any of these. I do not take birth control pills.

I live in the country away from smog and city air. I raise my own organic chickens for eggs (high in omega-3 fatty acids), consume fortified flax, and fish oils on a daily basis.

I live a relatively stress free life and am happy, I enjoy what I do.

Exercise and fresh air daily with animal care (chickens, ducks, horses, and rabbits)

Hair is not yet cut, so will be fresh and healthy when it arrives to the buyer.
