Details:

-        Mid-to-dark brown hair, very straight. 

-        10-12 inches available

-        1 pony tail, full 3-inch circumference

-        Uncut, will cut upon finding a buyer

-        Very thick but very straight and silky

-        Oily after day or two of not washing; does NOT dry out after not washing

-        Use L’Oreal sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.

-        Live on a farm, so sometimes getting dirty involves washing everyday,
 but when unnecessary try to go a day or two with just a rinse or just use conditioner to detangle.

-        Air dry after shower; NO blow dryers or irons

-        Do NOT use dyes or bleach

Personal Lifestyle:

-        Do NOT smoke or drink (save for a very occasional glass of wine)

-        Do NOT use medication (save for external anti-acne cream)

-        Exercise 4-5 days a week (P90X)

-        Try to eat relatively healthy, if that is at all possible here in ultra-processed America.
Try to follow nutritionist Dr. Ben Lerner’s guidelines of complex carbs (fruit, oatmeal, etc.)
only in the morning, lighter carbs and lighter proteins midday (beans, nuts, salad) and
heavier proteins and vegetables at night (chicken, eggs, salad or steamed veggies, etc.).
Do not follow strictly but try to abide as a general rule to it.

I basically keep it all balled up on my head all the time.

I eat almost exclusively whole foods, no junk and no chemical preservatives,
HFCS, Hydrogenated oils, artificial colorings, flavorings etc.

-Caucasian hair, Blond with natural highlights, naturally darker underneath.
-NO drugs, not so much as a tylenol
-I drink raw pastured goats milk, so lots of Omega 3’s 6’s.
