Even though this information is somewhat negative, I thought it should be posted.
It may happen and I do not want you ,the seller, to be unaware.

Seller Not Happy With Service

I'm sorry to have to come to you like this but I am extremely unhappy with this service.  I've received nothing but bogus emails and buy offers since posting my listing.  Every single person that has supposedly shown interest in my hair since the day I listed it has had terrible spelling problems and not even the slightest understanding of  the English language.  I have reached a price agreement and payment method agreement with several different potential buyers at which point they apparently fall off the face of the earth or something.  All I know is that everyday I get at least two inquiries from people that spell  just as horribly as the day before and nothing ever comes of my time spent communicating.

MY REPLY

I am sad to hear your experience has not been good. In 3 years of selling hair I have never had this type of complaint. I in fact have not had any complaints in the service I offer. But I guess you can't please everyone all the time. I am assuming that some of the people trying to contact you may be foreigners. Some may just be ignorant. However it is not my service at fault. My service has done the job it said it would do. You said you have received many contacts (daily). You said that you accepted and agreed on a price. Some people are just flakes. It happens; people back out on deals. I have no control over that. I have no control over your contact with potential buyers. I have made that clear on my website.   My only experience as a seller was selling my granddaughter pony tail. I took the first offer in 2 days and the buyers email was clear and straight to the point. They even included their website and how the hair was to be used. It was for porcelain dolls. It was a fun and exciting experience.
My suggestion would be, when you communicate with a buyer get more information from them. Name, phone, business, website, etc.
If they refuse to give you any information then I would not do business with them.

I will also do what ever is in my power to help resolve any issues you may have.
Please feel free to contact me and forward any emails you may find to be a problem.
